Thought leadership for inclusion in the mortgage industry
In 2021, the AMI chose to foreground Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in the mortgage industry for its annual thought leadership piece.
They came to Versiti to help them define and understand what that means for the sector.
We surveyed 1,178 people working in the mortgage sector and carried out qualitative research to delve deeper into experiences and perceptions.
The report shares the results give insights into how inclusive the sector is and suggests practical steps that individuals and firms can take to improve inclusion.
We worked closely with the CEO and Board of the AMI, with project partners Aldermore, Virgin Money and L&G, and with Human Resources Directors across the sector to identify what would be possible and desirable.
