The regeneration specialists responsible for redeveloping the world-famous Stables in Camden Town, London, needed to understand domestic and international visitors. In particular, they wanted to know whether Camden Town would appeal to a specific type of travellers and what these travellers would seek from their experience of staying there.  

Versiti involved 50 domestic and international business and leisure travellers from five different countries in co-creating their ideal hotel in Camden Town.

The client team of urban regeneration experts, developers, architects, interior designers and private investors were enthused by how we brought to life the desired philosophy of the hotel and how it would be lived through the physical and social environment, and by colleagues. 

Our mood boards - crowdsourced from participants - provided inspiration for exterior architecture and interior design, for restaurants, pools, food, business facilities, entertainment, and so much more. The work sharply defined the target audience and unique proposition for this hotel.
